Cancellation/Late Policy

24 hour cancellation policy is in effect. Late cancellation (less than 24 hours) will result in 100% of appointment fee being charged.

No show will result in 100% of appointment fee being charged.

Late for appointment will result in 100% of scheduled appointment being charged and appointment will end at scheduled time.

Cancellation fees are due within 48 hours after missed appointment by e-transfer to info@naturallywildmuskoka.com.

Payment Policy

Payment is due in full post treatment. Payment methods are debit, credit card, cash and E-transfer.

All client information is kept confidential unless required by law. Your written permission is required to release any information.
